Uncaptured Studios provides design services including but not limited to branding, logo design, brand identity, social media, and website design. The scope of services will be outlined in a formal proposal or contract, which must be approved and signed by both parties before work begins.

  • All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

  • The scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for Services will be outlined in our proposal. Any changes requested by the Client after acceptance may incur additional fees.

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to commence work.

  • The remaining balance must be paid before the delivery of final files.

  • Payment can be made via Bank Transfer, UPI.

  • Delays in payment may result in a suspension of Services or project timeline extensions.

  • We strive to meet all deadlines agreed upon in the proposal. However, delays due to Client responses or approvals may impact delivery.

  • Each service package includes a specified number of revisions. Additional revisions beyond this limit will incur extra charges, which will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

  • Upon receipt of full payment, the Client will receive ownership rights to the final, approved deliverables.

  • Uncaptured Studios retains the right to use all designs for portfolio, promotional, and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Drafts, concepts, and unused ideas remain the intellectual property of Uncaptured Studios.

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information and materials necessary to complete the project.

  • Respond promptly to all communication, including feedback and approvals, to avoid delays.

  • Ensure that all content and materials provided do not infringe on any third-party rights.
